Gilbert Germain talking on Golden Star FM about health education

YLF and the Ghana Health Service (GHS) in the persons of Gilbert Germain, Justice Anim Boanu, John K. Mensah, Mawuh Amegbe, Esther Pinkrah and the host Asiedu Locasah had a radio talk show at Golden Star FM 89.3MHz this morning.
The discussion was about diseases that have been able to ban from our district.
In a period of five to ten years, we have not had any cases of Polio, measles death, guinea worm, yellow feaver, whooping cough and buruli ulcer.
By the end of next month the WHO will award Ghana for being free from guinea worm.
This serves as an achievement for all Ghanaians, especially GHS, community members, NGOs, doner agencies and all stakeholders in the Agona East and West district.
We edge on to encourage everybody to help continue working hard to improve on other health areas as well so that we can achieve our targets for HIV and maternal health care services.
