End of term ceremony

Young and Lonely Foundation in collaboration with St. Germain School organized a end of term ceremony for the Young and Lonely Foundation children and the pupils of St. Germain on 14th August, 2014. This was done to boast the morale of the students to learn very hard in order to achieve their aspirations. Mr. Gilbert Germain used the opportunity to encourage the children not to give up in life but rather work hard irrespective of their present circumstances. He admonished them to be strong because it is one of the surest ways of achieving ones goals.

According to Madam Dorothy Eghan the proprietress of the St. Germain School, everybody can excel in his or her academic work provided you study hard. She advised the pupils to feel free to ask questions and get closer to their teachers on anything that border them. She further urged the pupils to give their education a major priority because it is the key to success in this contemporary world.

Before the ceremony came to a close, the pupils engaged in all manner of activities including choreography, dancing, pillow fighting, poem recital, drama, and rap competition. The ceremony ended with a closing remarks from the proprietress and a vote of thanks from one of the pupils.
